Boxes for Tarot Cards
Birch wood is strongly associated with healing and new beginnings. It is also a tree of purification and helps to cleanse the old to make way for the new. I hope that this box will be a good protector to your cards and that it gives you the same pleasure to hold and use as it gave me to create it. They can hold cards up to about 7.5cm by 12.5cm and have a small allowance to wrap the cards in a soft piece of silk before they are placed inside. They come with a small brass hinge at the back and a choice of two fixings at the front; one is a small brass hook that I make myself or you can have a simple satin ribbon tie with a choice of green, red, black, brown or purple.
