Pocket Calmers
When I made my desk in my office I carved a couple of dimples in it and after a while noticed that as I was concentrating on something I would reach out and rub one of them. It dawned on me that it would be really nice to have one of them to carry with me, I always tend to have something in my pocket or bag to fiddle with during times of stress or worry so that is how the pocket calmer came about.
They are about 4cm across; you can easily pop one in your pocket and use it to help keep you calm through the challenges of the day. They are available with a plain side or with a carved pentacle.
